Body Mechanics Therapy includes Postural Musculoskeletal Realignment, Precision Rehabilitation Exercises and Clinical/Remedial Massage. Body Mechanics 'The Sarling Technique' is defined as “the study of body movement to prevent and correct posture problems, reduce stress and enhance physical capabilities”.
Alison was trained by Grace Olive Collins, founder of the Sarling Technique and Body Mechanics therapy, a professional member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists
Alison's passion is to help people who suffer with musculoskeletal problems. Previously Alison has worked within the scientific industry for over 19 years supporting various therapeutic groups including Pain, Psychiatry, Translational Pharmacological Sciences, Neuroprotection, Neurodegeneration, Gastrointestinal Diseases, MRI, Metabolism, Genetics and Respiratory research. Alison's belief in the importance of treating the physical, mind and body is due her education, experience, training and personal belief system. Alison's Scientific background coupled with her holistic therapy helps and empowers others to improve their quality of life.
Alison has worked within the field of Holistic Therapy for a number of years and is a fully qualified practitioner and teacher of BodyMechanic Musculoskeletal therapy
